My Favorite TV Show

If we talk about my favorite T.V show it would be the south korean TV drama "I hear your voice". I watched this drama a few years ago and was one of my first korean dramas, and I loved it. This show is about the kind Park Soo Ha (played by Lee Jong Suk! My favorite actor that I mentioned in a previous post) a highschool student that after an accident where he saw his father die, acquired the capacity of read minds. Soo Ha is in the search of the woman that he promised protect when he was a child.

This woman is the bitter Jang Hye Sung (played by the actress Lee Bo Young) a defense attorney that when she meets with Soo Ha and he help her with the court cases, her life will change, and a beautiful love story will born.

I know that the drama sounds very simple but isn't, each episode is full of adrenaline because the murderer of Soo Ha's father was released from prison, and is looking for revenge...

Almost each episode was about a different court case, and in the beginning Hye Sung was a very bad lawyer so I think that my favorite episode is when Hye Sung starts loving her job, and do the best strategies with Soo Ha to win the cases, I was amazed with the legal system, maybe because of that I'm very interested in the legal psychology.

I watched the 24 episodes in three days! I really enjoyed the drama because of the story, it was very original, and the characters were amazing. This drama has a bit of everything: love, mistery, action, sadness (I can't deny that I cried with a few episodes) and more. I hope you can watch it some day.

Postgraduate Studies

I think that postgraduate studies are really important because of prestige, I think I have more opportunities of getting a good job if I have more qualifications, so if I have the posibility (and money) to take a postgraduate course, I would do it without problems. Besides probably my line of interest is not taught in my career or University, so definitely the postgraduate are in my plans.

The subjects that I would like to study are related to legal psychology, I'm in love with that area because it is a challenge dealing with dangerous people, you really need to be brave. Also I think that legal psychology is not very known yet, so maybe it is an opportunity to open their field.

I think my first option is to study in Chile, that is to look for good courses of legal psychology in the different universities because for me it is more possible to study in my own country, but if I had the possibility to travel to Unites States or England it would be magic because they are the center of legal psychology but at this moment it is really a dream because I have to finish my career first, work a few years to save money and just in that moment I will think about affording a postgraduate because obviously I will pay for it.

For me the best type of classes are the classic in a classroom with a teacher so my inclination is for part-time courses, they give more fantastic experiences like meeting new people.

The new experiences are always welcome!

My Future Job

At this moment I think that my future job will be definitely a psychologist because I love work with people especially if I can help them (and obviously that is what I'm studying hahah!). I imagine the psychologist job very lonely because despite of you have to attend a patient, you have to do all the thing by your own, so for that side is a sad job but for other it is very enriching due to you can know a lot of different experiences from people really diverse. I think I will be more comfortable working indoor but if I have the opportunity to travel to many places and work outdoor I will do it very happy! But I've always thinking to have my own office with my essence.

I'm just starting my career so I didn't think about a major yet, but my inclination it is between clinical psychology and criminal psychology. The first because I love listen to others and give them advice and the second because I think it is a challenge find out why a person can commit a crime and conclude if that person is crazy or is a really bad person :c

These days I've been wondering if psychology is the career/job of my dreams, if I could support the pressure of University, and I think that I am capable of everything, with love and perseverance all it is possible.

Election Day

I really don't like politics but I think that it is very important to vote because it is the only way to generate changes in our society. This 2017 is a election's year and I am 18 years old so I'm ready to exercise my right for the first time, and probably I will go to vote because I need to know how the experience is.

In my opinion the electoral campaings are extremely exhausting because the candidates are day and night working for their popularity. Besides it is really expensive to afford a campaign like these.

A person who wants to run for a public position needs a lot of good qualities, for example; honesty, intelligence, humility, empathy, and confidence in him/herself of course.

I don't really consider to get involved in politics due to my personality (I'm not a competitive person), and I think that it is a very tiring work but in my university it is hard to keep the distance so I've participated in a few political activities to learn about politics because I don't know much about it.

The politics, and electoral campaings are in a credibility crisis, the people don't trust in the politicians anymore, and the campaings are really fake. So I make a call to everyone because it is our work to change the politics through our vote and protests without violence, obviously!

Someone I'd like to meet

When I think about a person that I would really like to meet, a lot of people come into my mind but only one takes my breath away and it is one of my favorite actors, his name is Lee Jong Suk , he is a South Korean model, and actor. Because of what I have seen on videos and T.V programs, he is a really funny, and kind person, many of his colleagues have a good word for him.

I admire Lee Jong Suk because he is always trying to get better, for that he analyzes his acting, and often says that he has to improve. Besides I realized that in 2013 he used his voice for the "Good Library Project" to help blind people, also he volunteered for the "Standard Chartered Bank" project to record books so blind people can enjoy them too.

He is very popular in South Korea, and because of that his T.V dramas are always a success, and since 2012 he has received around twenty awards from his acting, among them we found awards for Excellence, Best Couple, and Best Actor.

I'm a big fan of Lee Jong Suk, I've seen all his T.V dramas so meeting him would be an unforgettable, and precious experience because I could know more from him, and his wonderful culture.

The first concert of my life

My first concert was the k-pop group Shinee in April 2014. I was fifteen years old and the first time that I asked for a ticket concert so insistently. The show was held at Movistar Arena and it was really comfortable because you can see everything well from anywhere.

Shinee is a boyband from South Korea with 5 members and a long career in Asia. They were my favourite group in 2014 so I was very surprised that they were coming to Chile, and it was a dream come true seeing them with my own eyes.

I went to the concert with one of my best friends Eli (a very big fan like me) and my mother, it was a birthday present for her because her birthday was the next day, and she loved the group, that made me really happy because sharing my hobbies with the woman that gave me birth is inestimable.

I arrived with my friend at 7 am to make the line, we met a lot of people in those 15 hours (and more because the concert was delayed, really sad, right?) of waiting, it was a unique experience.

I definitely loved that day, Shinee is wonderful, I hope they come back soon.

A Country I would like to visit

Jeju Island

Definitely the country of my dreams is South Korea because I really love the culture. For a few years I have followed the korean pop, and T.V programs. About this land I know the Korean War (1950-1953) a little of the Three Kingdoms of Korea due to historic T.V dramas; they are my passion, and I've learned a little of the language that is very beautiful to me. Koreans have a rich history that surprises me a lot and makes me fall in love with the country.
If I could be there I would visit the Han River, Namsan Tower in Seoul. Besides of visiting the historic villages in other cities. But my dream is to know the Jeju Island because I´ve seen it on T.V and it is a wonderful place, full of magic. I would really like to live in South Korea because I think that it is a place full of opportunities and amazing experiences but maybe I will come back after a few years considering that I don't want to live until my death there (hahaha). I love South Korea with all my heart.
